COMMON SENSE OBSERVATIONS
I see a big bright light in the sky that looks real close and floats around inside of a big blue covering that it lights up.
I see another big light (usually at night) that also looks close, but it’s not bright enough to light up the blue covering.
I see tons of small lights (also at night) that look just as close and are floating around inside the same covering.
All these lights go around in circles everyday and disappear into the horizon just like a jet plane getting further away.
The ground I’m on feels stationary, I’ve never felt or seen any evidence of it spinning.
I’ve never seen water curve, The things that should be hidden because of the curve come back into sight with instruments.
Heavy things go down, light things go up, it seems like a simple matter of density.

If a theory goes beyond these observations, It’s okay to look to science for factual evidence - is it observable, testable, and repeatable.
Without these checkpoints, their theory requires me to exercise “faith” in their testimony, which is the essence of a religion.
Their Science then becomes Scientism!

Common sense tells me that pictures, and videos can be fabricated.
EXAMPLE #1: If a theory is presented to me that says the moon is on the other side of the blue covering and very far away, and they add that it is not self luminating but rather a solid reflective object that can be walked on. I simply say, "show me proof,” what scientific facts do you have?
So to prove their theory, they show me pictures and videos that are, after investigation, very questionable, fabricated, and in some cases grossly manipulated, at this point it’s okay for me to doubt their testimony, their theory lacks factual evidence. They can remain certain of their beliefs, but they are asking ne to enter into an exercise of faith - aside from fact.
EXAMPLE #2: It’s a scientific fact that an apple free of its stem will fall to the ground at a given speed. The “WHY” it falls leads us to theories.
A.) Does a bigger body of mass (the earth) have an unseen force (gravity) sucking the smaller object (the apple) to itself?
B.) Is the apple simple heavier than the air around it and thus drops until it meets something more dense than itself?
C.) Are there little green munchie munchkins pushing everthing in the universe towards their leader who resides in the center of the universe?
All three are theories that can not be scientifically tested and repeated, yet they all can claim, “see, it fell to the earth” as their proof.

I’m okay with guesses, but let’s be honest and define it as “theory.”
Science has it’s theories.
Ancient Cultures have their theories.
The Bible has it’s theories.
But we’re not teaching all these theories. "Scientism" has created a religious culture where their theories are taught as facts and other theories are scoffed at as fables and foolishness.
COMMONS SENSE SAYS THIS IS WRONG!
